Account Executive

We're looking for a recent graduate with experience as an Account Executive to join the team. You'll be looking after world-class clients and working with our fantastic team to create successful commercial outcomes for all.

About you:
  • Recent graduate with 6 – 18 months’ experience in a similar role
  • Friendly and personable with an interest in building a career in account management
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and rapport-building skills
  • Confident and energetic character
  • Keen eye for numbers and love diving in to the detail
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven organisational skills

About the role:
  • As a key member of the Commercial Team, you'll ensure the company’s marketing activities are both profitable and sustainable for ourselves and our business partners.
  • Be a day to day contact for many our clients, including a number of household names, and identify new opportunities to grow existing partnerships.
  • Build relationships with new partners and negotiate deals to improve business performance.
  • Help collate and maintain the company’s CRM, ensuring all partner data is up to date.
  • Report on and analyse partner performance to help maximise ROI.
  • Develop and manage the creation of regular competitor research and insights.
  • Attend trade shows and industry conferences to spread the word and nurture existing relationships.

Head of Acquisition

We are seeking an inspirational digital marketing specialist to drive our traffic acquisition and growth strategy to the next level.

About the role
  • Take the lead on traffic acquisition across key channels including paid search, paid social and search engine optimisation
  • Evolve and execute digital strategy to position the company’s comparison brands for continued growth
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and support to a growing team of paid and organic marketers
  • Work closely with Head of Commercial to achieve profitable growth across multiple verticals and markets
  • Enhance data analytics capability to ensure smart expansion and optimisation of all activity
  • Be a champion for product quality and user experience across the company
  • Report directly to the founder as part of senior leadership team
About you
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing/acquisition within iGaming/financial lead generation or other highly competitive sector
  • Ideally has deep, hands-on knowledge of paid media strategy and campaign optimisation
  • Experience in managing, motivating and getting the best out of a diverse team of digital marketers
  • Experience managing multi-million pound budgets
